Southern Sales & Services can supply a full range of DENSO A/C and Engine Cooling Components. Most are designed for specific vehicles, and more information is available in the downloads available on this page.
All of DENSO’s A/C components are manufactured and tested to meet the highest quality standards and offer the following benefits:
Actuators control the airflow within the HVAC system itself and help regulate the mixture of hot and cold air by sending it to the required position within the passenger cabin. All benefit from:
To meet the needs of even more car models and drivers, DENSO continually add resistor part numbers to their thermal range.
DENSO’s box-type expansion valves are the most commonly used. As the gaseous refrigerant leaves the evaporator and moves through the box-type expansion valve to the compressor, it can internally detect refrigerant temperature to optimise cooling performance. Benefits include:
Pressure switches can be classified into ‘dual switches’, which detect both abnormally high pressure and abnormally low pressure in one switch, and ‘trinary switches’, which combine a dual switch with a pressure switch for the electric fans.
Pressure sensors detect refrigerant pressure (high-pressure side) in the refrigeration cycle, and either outputs a voltage change, a PWM signal or a LIN signal. The pressure sensor is located between the condenser and the expansion valve.
Benefits include:
To ensure an A/C system cools air efficiently, the right amount of refrigerant needs to be put under the right conditions, before it is delivered to the evaporator. This is done by the drier.
To ensure optimal efficiency, DENSO receiver driers both filter and dry the refrigerant to make sure it is in the ideal condition.
Benefits include:
